PMR’s mission is to provide quality rental properties and superior property management services to clients and tenants alike. PMR will strive to achieve successful retention of long-term owners with well-met tenant criteria, keeping clients apprised of the current rental market and maintenance needs of each property. In doing so, this assures a proactive environment that aids in the adjustments of rental prices, resulting in the best return on the client’s investment(s) while staying aligned with market and economic trends. Our ability to facilitate real estate sales is an added feature that contributes to a “full service” management company.

Michelle Kahakalau REALTOR- Broker, was born and raised here on Hawai’i Island. Started working with C & H Properties, Inc.- Rental Dept in 1989. Transitioned on under new ownership to Property Management Resources, Inc. in 1995. Transitioned further in 2014 as the new Owner and Principal Broker. She is fortunate to have the many years of “hands-on” experience to aid in all aspects of the business. Her hard work and dedication is applied to all properties under the company’s management.

Kristen Kulukulualani R(S), Property Manager. Although born and raised here in Waimea, Kristen recently relocated from O'ahu and comes with many years of property management experience includes residential, commercial and HUD housing housing property management. Kristen is very knowledgeable and helpful and glad to assist tenants and owners alike. Her get the "job done" attitude is definitely a value add.
